Christmas past

Christmas greetings! With an increasingly digital world, the so-called old-fashioned Christmas cards appear to be becoming something much more associated with the past than the present. I’m fortunate to have some old Christmas cards in my personal family history archive. The card below is 104 years old, and was sent by my great-grandmother to her father, my 2x great grandfather, in 1920. It was just a short time after my grandmother’s birth and included a greeting written as being from her. These kinds of items are special and I’m glad they were kept.
